  • Volute type casing with easily renewable wear rings
  • Impeller dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 class 6.3
  • Axial suction and radial discharge
  • Packed gland for temperatures up to 110 ºC (standard arrangement)
  • Mechanical seal for temperatures up to 140 ºC
  • Mounting vertical

Flow Measurement

  • With NORM BLENDE type diaphragms according to DIN 1952-11/1948 and 8/1971
  • With electromagnetic flow meters (inductive measurement), and digital signal conversion

Pressure Measurement

  • With mercury U-tubes for pressures up to 1 bar (10 m H2O)
  • With Bourdon type pressure gauges (WIKA K1 0.6) for pressures up to 60 bar (600 m H2O)
  • With Mercury U-tubes for vacuum measurement (vacuum creation possible)

Power Measurement

  • With ELCONTROL MICROVIP K11 Energy Analyzer (digital)
  • With digital torque transducer for special tests and direct pump shaft torque measurement

Flow Measurement

  • With NORM BLENDE type diaphragms according to DIN 1952-11/1948 and 8/1971

Test Standards - Calibration

  • The quality assurance system of the company is certified according ISO 9001 standard and covers all the activities of the test plant
  • The tests are compliant with the standard ISO 9906
  • Calibration of pressure gauges with deadweight tester is feasible.
